If any of the Manchester City players put on weight over the Xmas period, they certainly took it all off during their training session, Y day (Mon) After three practise laps on the running track at Wythenshawe park... just to warm up, they set off on a country run for half-an-hour. This was followed by four laps at moderate speed, and finally two laps flat out... and for many of them that was enough. Taking part in the session was Colin Bell who is seen during the run, sprinting and doing some exercises which were thrown in for light relief.
